FAQs

What happens if I need to reschedule a session?

I understand that life happens sometimes! Just give me as much notice as possible, but no less than 24 hrs. I expect you to communicate with me to show respect for my time. You can rebook via my calendar or Whatsapp me.

How long are the sessions?

Your first one will be the longest - up to 2 hours. Then they are usually 60-90 mins long. And your last session - graduation - will be about 60 mins.

Can I extend the programme if necessary?

You can but my aim is that you no longer need me after 12 weeks. If you do wish to continue working with me I offer rolling 1:1 sessions as well. We can discuss this at the end of the programme.

What other expenses can I expect?

There will be other expenses, but I always try to keep them to a minimum. I will likely recommend some supplements, a few gadgets to make your life easier and food will inevitably cost you more because you will be eating better quality food.

What if I need to ask a question outside session times?

You can send me a message on Whatsapp any time but I will only respond Monday-Friday.

Who is this NOT suitable for?

This is not for you if you are vegan or vegetarian. I always recommend eating animal protein.  I also cannot work with you if you are on proton pump inhibitors (antacids/omeprazole etc).

How many sessions do I get?

Seven altogether. One every fortnight, then a final graduation call.
